Role & Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning:
- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with organizational goals and consumer insights.
- Define brand positioning, voice, and creative direction across all channels.
- Partner with leadership to build long-term brand equity and preference.
- Manage complete brand P&L for assigned categories or business lines.
Campaign Development & Execution:
- Collaborate with creative, media, and production agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.
- Own the entire campaign lifecycle: briefing, creative ideation, production, media planning, rollout, and post-campaign evaluation.
- Deliver campaigns that build awareness, shape perception, and drive measurable business impact.
Creative & Content Management:
- Oversee creative development of video, digital assets, and on-ground content.
- Manage influencer, celebrity, and partnership collaborations to amplify brand engagement.
Media Planning & Analytics:
- Work closely with media agencies to ensure high ROI on brand investments.
- Track and analyze key brand performance metrics (awareness, reach, engagement, conversion) and derive actionable insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across customer journeys, digital assets, and partner communications.

- Hands-on experience managing creative and media agencies end-to-end.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capability.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
Technical Skills:
- Exposure to digital marketing, media planning, and performance tracking metrics (CPM, CTR, Reach, ROI).
- Familiarity with brand tracking, consumer insights, and research tools.
Personal Attributes:
- Creative problem solver who thrives under pressure.
- Highly execution-focused, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
- Collaborative leader who can influence without authority.
- Passionate about building high-impact, consumer-facing brands.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: MBA from Top college like IIMs, ISB, MICA, VGSOM-IIT Kharagpur, IIT etc (Note: College can be ignored if candidate is from unicorn companies like Bharatpe, Unilever, Reliance, Groww etc)
Experience: Exactly 7 years in brand management or integrated marketing roles.
Industry Preference: FMCG, Fintech, BFSI, Consumer Tech, or Lifestyle brands.
Location: Pune (onsite).
Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice preferred.
