- Mandatory (Core Skills): Must possess creative thinking, strong project management skills, and be execution-focused; should have managed brand campaigns including creative development, production, social content, media planning, and buying..
- Mandatory (Education): Candidates from Top-6 IIMs or ISB only
- Mandatory (Company): Well-know B2C Brands in FMCG, Fintech, BFSI, Consumer Tech, or Lifestyle brands.
- Mandatory (CTC) - The CTC breakup offered will be 80% fixed, and 20% variable, as per Company policy
Role & Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning:
- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with organizational goals and consumer insights.
- Define brand positioning, voice, and creative direction across all channels.
- Partner with leadership to build long-term brand equity and preference.
- Manage complete brand P&L for assigned categories or business lines.
Campaign Development & Execution:
- Lead 360- brand campaigns-from concept to execution-across digital, social, influencer, and offline platforms.
- Collaborate with creative, media, and production agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.
- Own the entire campaign lifecycle: briefing, creative ideation, production, media planning, rollout, and post-campaign evaluation.
- Deliver campaigns that build awareness, shape perception, and drive measurable business impact.
Creative & Content Management:
- Develop compelling storytelling and brand communication strategies for social, digital, and ATL channels.
- Oversee creative development of video, digital assets, and on-ground content.
- Manage influencer, celebrity, and partnership collaborations to amplify brand engagement.
Media Planning & Analytics:
- Plan and optimize marketing spends across digital and traditional channels.
- Work closely with media agencies to ensure high ROI on brand investments.
- Track and analyze key brand performance metrics (awareness, reach, engagement, conversion) and derive actionable insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Product, Digital Marketing, and Sales teams to align brand communication with business objectives.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across customer journeys, digital assets, and partner communications.
