Brand Manager - 8+ years - Gurugram

An exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to take on a Brand Manager role. Responsibilities:

1. Developing and owning a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with business goals and global brand guidelines.

2. Planning, executing, and optimizing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, events, and ATL/BTL platforms.

3. Leading the development of creative assets, advertising campaigns, website content, and promotional materials to ensure consistent brand messaging.

4. Analyzing market research, consumer insights, and campaign performance data to track KPIs and improve brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

5. Managing brand marketing budgets, media spends, and agency/vendor relationships while collaborating closely with internal and international stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

2. 8+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in B2B, industrial, or automotive sectors.

3. Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into effective execution.

4. Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and campaign performance measurement.
