Detailed job description:

- Brand Strategy & Management: Develop and implement the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives. Monitor the brand and adjust communication as needed to maintain a consistent brand image.

- Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, print, events, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.

- Content Development: Oversee the creation of compelling content for all marketing materials, including the website, social media, and advertising. Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to maintain brand consistency.

- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand competitor trends and industry developments. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and ensure the brand stays relevant.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and investment teams to ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals and customer needs.

- Digital Marketing & social media: Manage the brand's presence on digital platforms, ensuring effective social media engagement and the development of digital content that resonates with target audiences.

- Event Management: Coordinate and manage brand-related events, promotions, and activations, both online and offline, to engage customers and strengthen brand visibility.

- Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and the allocation of resources to the most impactful activities.

Expected skill sets:

- Must have experience in Alternate Channels.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- 6 + yrs of experience in brand management or marketing roles, with a proven track record in executing successful campaigns.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
