POSITION SUMMARY Managing end-to-end brand strategy, planning & execution for the assigned brand. Responsible for achieving brand AOP target and managing the allocated brand budget. Developing and executing ATL & BTL activities to increase awareness and drive equity for trade and consumers. Identifying consumer needs and market opportunities to increase brand footprint. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Develop & execute the brand plan and marketing strategy including ATL & BTL activations for the brand, promotions, digital and social media to achieve annual AOP targets and build brand awareness 2. Drive brand specific goals across multiple touchpoints - Awareness, Distribution, Engagement and Media 3. Effective execution of brand activations (ATL & BTL) by ensuring quality and timely delivery 4. Support Trade Marketing and Sales to achieve annual AOP volume along with identifying key drivers and gaps with the marketing 4Ps 5. Develop brand positioning & communication in line with global brand guidelines and executing all POSM/creatives within this framework 6. Project management & coordination with cross-functional teams (purchase, finance, sales, TM) to make certain of new launches, extension, tracking of inventory & production for smooth business operations 7. Responsible for agency and vendor management w.r.t creative, media, digital, social & print related activities and all marketing ops related activities like PO management, Invoice clearance JOB REQUIREMENTS Qualification : (Minimum) PG Diploma in Marketing, Media Studies, Economics, Management (Ideal) MBA (Marketing) Work Experience : (Minimum) 5-7 years of relevant experience in brand management/marketing management/product or category management. (Ideal) 5-7 years of relevant experience in brand management/marketing management in a FMCG, Alcoholic Beverages Special Requirements : Experience in driving brand strategy & marketing plan, handling brand activations, ATL & BTL, agency management, creative development process, digital and content marketing, marketing ops, CFT coordination
