About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Brand Manager to lead the end-to-end growth and stewardship of our brand.
This role requires a blend of creative vision, strategic thinking, and strong execution across brand development, content, partnerships, influencer ecosystem, and integrated marketing campaigns (online + offline).
You will be the custodian of the brandresponsible for shaping its identity, driving visibility, and ensuring consistent storytelling across all consumer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Growth:
- Define, refine, and execute the overall brand strategy to drive awareness, preference, and loyalty.
- Develop long-term brand plans and annual operating plans aligned with business objectives.
- Lead market positioning, brand architecture, and competitive differentiation.
- Evaluate brand performance using insights, analytics, and market research; drive data-led improvements.
Creative & Content Leadership:
- Own the brands creative direction and narrative.
- Oversee development of high-quality brand campaigns, visual identity, and storytelling assets.
- Work closely with internal creative teams and external agencies to ensure consistent and compelling brand expression across all mediums.
- Drive innovation in content formatsvideo, digital, social, experiential, OOH, etc.
Social Media & Influencer Ecosystem:
- Build and manage the social media strategy across all platforms.
- Drive content calendars, performance insights, community engagement, and platform innovation.
- Identify, partner, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
- Oversee influencer campaigns end-to-end, ensuring ROI and alignment with brand values.
Brand Partnerships & Collaborations:
- Identify strategic brand partnerships that amplify reach and relevance.
- Negotiate collaboration terms and manage co-branded campaigns.
- Build long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders, event partners, media partners, and community groups.
Integrated Marketing (Online + Offline):
- Lead full-funnel marketing campaigns across digital, ATL, BTL, events, and experiential.
- Work with cross-functional teams (performance marketing, product, retail, PR, etc.) to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Drive execution of media plans and ensure synergy across channels for maximum impact.
- Lead brand presence at events, pop-ups, activations, and retail touchpoints.
Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Manage and mentor a high-performing brand and creative team.
- Coordinate with product, sales, performance marketing, CRM, and leadership teams to ensure brand alignment.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and external agency relationships effectively.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- 4-8 years of experience in brand management, creative marketing, or integrated marketing roles.
- Proven track record of building and scaling brands, ideally in consumer-facing sectors.
- Strong creative sensibility with the ability to translate insights into impactful campaigns.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, influencer ecosystem, and cultural insights.
- Experience with brand partnerships and collaborations.
- Strong analytical mindset; ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
