About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, development, and execution across offline retail channels within the Beauty & Personal Care industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG branding, deep understanding of retail environments, and the ability to drive consistent brand identity and visibility across markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Development:
- Develop and implement brand strategies that strengthen brand presence, visibility, and consumer engagement across markets.
Retail Channel Management:
- Drive brand initiatives across offline retail channels including POP materials, kiosks, general trade, and institutional sales.
Brand Identity & Design:
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines, logo usage, packaging aesthetics, and visual merchandising across all touchpoints.
Market Activation & Execution:
- Plan and execute brand campaigns, product launches, and in-store activations to boost brand awareness and sales performance.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:
- Collaborate with creative agencies, designers, retail partners, and internal teams to deliver high-quality brand assets and marketing collateral.
Market Insights & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to track consumer trends, competitor activities, and category performance to inform brand decisions.
Travel & On-Ground Execution:
- Travel extensively across India to oversee brand implementations, audits, and retail activations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management within the FMCG/Beauty & Personal Care industry.
- Strong understanding of offline retail operations and channel dynamics (POP, kiosks, GT, institutional sales).
