About the Role:
We are hiring an innovative and strategic Brand Manager to drive brand growth, positioning, and engagement across channels.
The candidate will be responsible for developing impactful brand strategies and ensuring consistent brand identity to enhance business visibility and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute 360 brand strategies aligned with business goals.
- Drive brand communication across digital and offline touchpoints.
- Conduct consumer and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities.
- Lead marketing campaigns, measure ROI, and optimize for performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and creative agencies for campaign execution.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity.
Ideal Candidate:
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Branding, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management or marketing strategy.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, media planning, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent storytelling, analytical, and leadership skills
