Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand activations
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to refine brand positioning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Digital, and Creative) to ensure brand consistency
- Manage brand budgets and ensure ROI on brand marketing initiatives
- Work with external agencies and vendors to develop marketing assets and media plans
- Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, including awareness, engagement, and sales uplift
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints (digital, print, packaging, etc.)
- Identify and build strategic partnerships and influencer collaborations to amplify brand reach
Requirements:
- 4 -8 years of experience in brand management
- Strong understanding of branding principles, consumer behavior, and marketing channels
- Experience with digital marketing, social media, and content strategy
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
- Ability to work both strategically and operationally
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, and brand tracking platforms
