About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic professional who can drive brand building initiatives with a strong focus on brand strategy, positioning, communication, and consumer understanding. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into impactful brand actions that strengthen market presence and consumer connect.

Location: Bangalore

Working Days: 5.5 days/week

Industry: Health and Wellness

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to build awareness, preference, and loyalty.

- Define and refine brand positioning to differentiate in the market.

- Create and manage brand communication frameworks across digital, print, and offline touchpoints.

- Conduct consumer research and market analysis to gather insights and translate them into actionable brand initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, product, sales) to ensure consistent brand messaging.

- Monitor brand performance metrics and track competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.

- Drive innovative campaigns and activations that enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in brand management / strategy / marketing.

- Proven expertise in brand positioning, communication, and consumer insights.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret consumer behavior and market trends.

- Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.

- Experience working in consumer-focused industries (FMCG, lifestyle, retail, design, or similar) preferred.
