We are looking for an experienced and proactive Brand Manager to join our team in Chennai. This full-time on-site role will involve developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that enhance our market presence and strengthen brand equity. The Brand Manager will oversee brand campaigns, conduct market research, analyze brand performance metrics, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and refine brand strategies that align with company goals and market trends to build a strong, recognizable brand identity.

- Plan, execute, and monitor brand campaigns across various media platforms ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and achieving campaign objectives.

- Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research to gather customer insights, competitor analysis, and industry trends that inform brand positioning and strategy.

- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of brand initiatives and campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing detailed reports to guide decision-making.

- Work closely with marketing, sales, creative, product, and communication teams to ensure brand consistency and integrated marketing efforts.

- Maintain clear communication channels with internal and external stakeholders including agencies, vendors, and media partners.

- Ensure all brand communications and materials comply with established brand guidelines and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven 5+ experience in brand strategy development and management.

- Demonstrated expertise in managing brand campaigns from conceptualization to execution and analysis.

- Strong market research and data analysis skills to inform strategic decisions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and influence stakeholders.

- Prior experience in Media, Publishing, Television, Entertainment, or Radio industry is highly preferred.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms is a plus.

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
