Job Description:


Lead Brand Strategy & Narrative Building:

- Develop and implement end-to-end brand strategies that are digital-first and consumer-obsessed.

- Evolve brand identity, tone, and narrative to drive affinity with Gen Z and millennial audiences.

- Ensure consistent brand expression across all digital and offline touchpoints - from product to content to commerce.

Category & Growth Marketing Leadership:

- Drive full-funnel marketing for specific product categories across lifecycle stages - from awareness to conversion to loyalty.

- Synthesize market trends, consumer behavior, and business goals to shape category-specific strategies.

- Create sharp consumer segmentation and positioning frameworks tailored to D2C dynamics.

D2C-Led GTM & Launch Playbooks:

- Lead GTM for new product and feature rollouts across D2C, e-commerce, and retail channels.

- Own the entire pre-launch to post-launch cycle - campaign design, channel mix, performance tracking, and iteration.

- Collaborate closely with Product, Performance, and Ecom teams to craft seamless launch journeys.

Influencer, Creator & Community Marketing:

- Build authentic relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors to drive advocacy.

- Own content co-creation frameworks with influencers that feel native to platforms and align with brand tonality.

- Amplify user-generated content and social proof to build deeper community connection.

Performance-Aware Brand Campaigns:

- Champion a performance-first brand marketing approach - where storytelling drives outcomes.

- Work with internal and external performance teams to ensure brand campaigns have clear metrics and attribution models.

- Leverage data to evolve messaging, creative, and targeting based on what's working.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:


- Lead and mentor a growing brand team across content, design, and partnerships.

- Be a collaborative partner to Product, Ecom, CX, Growth, and Founder's Office to drive unified brand thinking.

- Drive an agile, iterative culture that learns fast, fails forward, and moves faster than market.

What We're Looking For?

- 6-15 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably at digital-first D2C brands (consumer tech, lifestyle, personal care, fashion, etc.

- Proven track record of building differentiated, high-performing brands with a clear POV.

- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and how brand and growth co-exist.

- Experience in new category development, brand storytelling, influencer-led campaigns, and GTM planning.

- Comfortable working in high-autonomy, fast-paced, and metrics-driven environments.

- Passionate about youth culture, creators, content, and community
