Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of brand campaigns (planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization)
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, sales, design) and external partners (agencies,
vendors)
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and consumer trends
- Monitor brand performance metrics (e.g., awareness, perception, engagement, ROI)
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints
- Support product launches with branding plans and integrated marketing support
- Manage the brand budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources
- Collaborate on packaging, POS materials, and promotional strategies
- Serve as the brand custodian and internal ambassador across departments
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer behavior, and marketing principles
- Proven experience in managing integrated campaigns and working with creative agencies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools
