Our client is creating a modern hospitality brand focused on young, design-conscious travelers.
These are social, experience-led hostels built to resonate with the next generation.
Backed by a leading VC, they are expanding aggressively scaling from 30 to 100 properties and targeting a 5x revenue growth in the next two years.
Their vision is to define and lead this emerging space within India's travel industry.
Role Summary:
Were looking for a hands-on Brand Lead to help build and maintain a consistent, compelling brand identity that speaks directly to the Gen Z / young travelers.
This isnt just a strategy role we need a doer who can write a caption, attend a photoshoot, coordinate with creators, and own the entire brand experience, both online and offline.
As the Brand Lead, you will be the custodian of the brands identity ensuring consistency and impact across every touchpoint, from digital channels to on-ground experiences.
Your mission will be to unify all brand expressions under one coherent and compelling brand proposition that resonates deeply with our Gen Z / young audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Brand Identity & Expression.
- Define and maintain brand guidelines including tone, visual direction, and messaging.
- Ensure consistency across all customer-facing touchpoints website, social, email, packaging, in-property assets.
- Drive Content Strategy & Execution.
- Lead content creation across website, social media, and campaigns with a strong focus on organic reach.
- Plan and supervise brand photoshoots briefing creatives, and on-site coordination.
- Lead Influencer & Brand Collaborations.
- Identify and manage influencer partnerships (paid/barter) that align with our values and aesthetic.
- Forge collaborations with youth-centric or travel/lifestyle brands to increase brand visibility.
- Creative Oversight & Copywriting.
- Review and contribute to copy, design, and video content write when needed.
- Work closely with designers, writers, and content creators to bring ideas to life.
- Audience Understanding & Market Trends.
- Deeply understand the Young/Gen Z audience their vocabulary, aesthetic preferences, behavior, and cultural trends.
- Stay ahead of digital, design, and content trends to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
What We're Looking For:
- 5-7 years of experience in brand marketing, content, or creative roles preferably in youth/lifestyle, D2C, hospitality, or content-heavy brands.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have worked in a brand targeting young millennial audiences.
- Have experience in lifestyle, travel, or hospitality domains.
- Love travel and understand the hostel/travel culture deeply.
