About Our client : The company is a famous D-to-C e-commerce brand Responsibility: - Primary custodian for one of the most loved brands, in a category that consumers are deeply passionate about - Lead a team of brand & media managers to enhance the long term equity for the brand and engage levers to drive near-to-medium term business goals for the platform - Identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market and help craft a sharply positioned brand, and communicate it effectively internally & externally - Own with aplomb the customer and consumer understanding, critical to defining all the triggers & barriers that are specific to our growth - Analyze our key competitors' positioning, communication & media presence & stay on top of the changing landscape of the category - Plan, conceptualize, develop, & execute multi-media brand campaigns. Plan and budget for these campaigns, monitor spending, measure the success and derive data-based learnings - Drive programs and initiatives across the various customer touch points (encompassing but not limited to Communication, Activations, App Journeys, Packaging etc) to drive customer consideration and trust - Effectively collaborate with & manage all stakeholder relationships comprising external partners (creative, media agencies) & internal functions (Category, Growth, Product, Finance etc) driving a common organizational agenda- Desired Candidate : - A curious, gregarious & hearty carnivore with an appetite for risk and the mind to put method to madness - Qualification: MBA in marketing (Preferably from a premier institute) - Experience: 7+ yrs of total work experience with at least 6-7 years of core brand management experience with a mix of stints across FMCG or Consumer Durables and Consumer Tech - Think analytically, Ideate creatively, Track meticulously, Execute practically, communicate effectively
