- The Head of Brand will lead the integrated brand and creative function, shaping how consumers experience the brand across campaigns, content, retail, and digital touchpoints.
- This role combines strategic brand leadership with hands-on execution, overseeing social media, content strategy, creative development, retail marketing, and category launches.
- The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking, creative sensibility, and operational excellence to ensure a consistent, contemporary, and business-driven brand narrative.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Communication.
- Define and evolve the brand architecture, positioning, and communication framework.
- Translate business objectives into integrated brand campaigns that drive awareness and preference.
- Partner with internal teams and agency collaborators on creative, advertising, and content initiatives.
- Lead PR and reputation management in collaboration with external partners to ensure consistent storytelling across media and thought leadership platforms.
Creative, Content & Social Leadership.
- Lead in-house teams to deliver high-quality, insight-led content and storytelling.
- Oversee the content and creative roadmap across social, video, influencer, and community initiatives.
- Ensure a cohesive visual and verbal identity across all consumer touchpoints.
Retail & Experience Marketing.
- Drive brand experience across retail and new openings, ensuring consistent brand expression.
- Collaborate with category, experience design, and retail teams for effective in-store communication and merchandising.
- Design and execute local marketing programs to enhance visibility and drive conversions.
Campaign & Launch Management.
- Plan and execute product and category-specific launches.
- Lead go-to-market strategy and creative development for new offerings and seasonal campaigns.
Digital & Website Experience.
- Oversee brand and content quality across digital platforms and website.
- Collaborate with product, UX, and performance teams to ensure messaging consistency and clarity throughout the digital journey.
Consumer Insights & Brand Health.
- Build consumer centricity through insights, qualitative research, and analytics.
- Translate consumer sentiment into actionable creative and communication improvements.
- Monitor brand health, ORM, and social listening metrics to drive proactive engagement.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Qualification & Experience:
- Master's degree in Marketing or equivalent, with 10-12 years of experience in brand, marketing, or creative leadership roles.
- Foundational experience in brand management or traditional marketing within consumer-driven industries.
- Subsequent leadership experience in high-growth, digital-first environments.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams across creative, content, and retail marketing.
- Strong creative judgment with the ability to balance storytelling with measurable business impact.
- Exposure to digital ecosystems, influencer marketing, and consumer experience design.
