Job Description - Brand Manager will be responsible to build and scale a fast-growing Indian skincare brand from the ground up. The role owns brand strategy, storytelling, campaigns, and consistency across channels, working closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to drive awareness and impact for a science-led skincare portfolio.

Description
- Brand development/evolution and brand guideline management.
- Marketing and branding strategy development, planning and execution.
- Market research, data analytics, and competitor tracking to develop insights that drive marketing strategy.
- Planning, management, execution, and sharing learnings from promotional campaigns (including product launches, offer periods, occasion/moment marketing, and events.)
- Design creation and management of cross functional branded assets. Liaise with cross functional teams to lead brand campaign planning, execution, analytics and learning.
- Manage external brand relevant freelancers/agencies like creative, research, and design.
- Ensure visual, verbal, and written brand consistency across all end user/customer/stakeholder touchpoints and communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate and compelling product information across relevant channels.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a brand marketing role, preferably in beauty or consumer goods.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Familiarity with the digital media landscape. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
