Job Description:
The Head of Brand & Content will own brand strategy, creative direction, storytelling, and content innovation for a fast- scaling quick- commerce fashion platform. This role combines consumer insight, creative excellence, and growth-driven thinking to build an iconic, youth- centric brand.
- Develop a bold, distinct, and culturally relevant brand voice suited for fast- fashion and Gen- Z audiences.
- Own the content ecosystem - campaign creation, social media, influencer strategy, video content, and storytelling.
- Partner with growth, category, product, and creative teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
- Build and scale a high- performance content and creative team that can deliver rapid, high- quality output.
- Drive 360- campaigns across performance channels, CRM, in- app experiences, and offline activations where relevant.
- Use consumer insights, trend data, and competitive intelligence to guide creative and strategic decisions.
- Ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across imagery, typography, tone, packaging, and product drops.
- Collaborate with leadership to sharpen the brand's long-term narrative and expand into new fashion and cultural territories.
- Manage agency relationships, production budgets, and timelines to ensure high-impact, cost-efficient execution.
- Proven experience shaping youth- first or culture- forward brands.
- Strong creative sensibility with the ability to translate trends into compelling narratives.
- Deep understanding of social media, digital storytelling, and short- form content dynamics.
- Experience leading creative teams, agencies, and cross- functional brand initiatives.
- Ability to balance fast turnarounds with brand consistency and design excellence.
- Data- driven mindset paired with strong intuition for culture and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
