Role Summary:

- The Head of Brand will be a strategic leader responsible for defining, evolving, and scaling brand identity and positioning across all markets and touch points.

- You will own the brand vision, voice, and reputation - transforming business objectives into compelling brand narratives that drive differentiation, affinity, and long-term engagement with consumers, partners, and internal teams.

- This role requires a marketer with strong strategic acumen, creative leadership, an analytical mindset, and deep experience leading high-impact integrated brand programs in fast-paced, consumer-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Brand Leaders:

- Set and evolve brand strategy and positioning to drive differentiation in a competitive on demand services category.

- Lead long-term brand vision planning, ensuring alignment with business goals and growth strategy.

- Cultivate a compelling brand narrative that resonates with diverse audiences (urban households, working professionals, and partners).

Brand Identity & Creative Oversight:

- Own brand architecture, visual identity, and voice across all channels and platforms.

- Provide senior creative direction for campaigns, content, and design outputs, ensuring world class execution and consistency.

- Uphold brand guidelines across product, communications, social, ATL/BTL, and experiential initiatives.

Integrated Campaign Leadership:

- Develop and execute integrated brand campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, trust, and loyalty at scale

- Lead multi-channel planning and media strategies (digital, social, performance, PR, OOH, ATL/BTL).

- Partner with internal teams to operationalize brand strategy into performance-driven marketing programs.

Insights & Consumer Understanding:

- Leverage consumer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to inform brand strategies and messaging.

- Measure and interpret brand health metrics (awareness, sentiment, preference) and iterate accordingly.

Brand Partnerships & Ecosystem

- Identify and activate strategic partnerships, influencer alliances, and co-branding opportunities that enhance visibility and credibility.

- Collaborate with external agencies and creative partners, setting expectations and benchmarks for excellence.

Reputation & Corporate Communications:

- Guide brand reputation efforts in collaboration with PR and internal communications - especially during product launches, category milestones, and corporate narratives.

- Serve as a steward of brand's purpose and values in all external engagements.

Leadership & Team Development:

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance brand team.

- Foster a culture that elevates brand thinking across functions and boosts organisational brand literacy.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 10 + years of experience in Brand Marketing brand strategy, brand marketing, or integrated communications in high-growth B2C start-ups (e.g., Food Tech, Quick-Commerce, or Urban Services) is highly preferred.

- A "Craft" Obsessive: You have a high bar for visual and written quality. You believe that even a push notification is an opportunity for brand building.

- Data-Informed, Not Data-Driven: You use insights to inform your creative gut, but you aren't afraid to take big swings on "immeasurable" brand moments that build long-term equity.

- Hyper-Local Thinker: You understand the nuances of the Indian urban landscape- Demonstrated ability to lead across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

- Empathetic Leader: You care deeply about the people behind the service. You can tell the story of our "Pros" with dignity and impact.
