Brand Head Online Gaming Gurgaon
Are you ready to lead the charge in building one of Indias most exciting gaming brands?
We're looking for a dynamic Brand Head to spearhead our brand strategy, positioning, and campaigns for a fast-growing online gaming platform.
This is a leadership role based out of Gurgaon, ideal for someone who lives and breathes youth culture, digital trends, and has a solid understanding of brand storytelling in the tech/entertainment space.
As Brand Head, you will own the brands voice across all touchpoints from national campaigns and influencer collaborations to in-app narratives and player engagement strategies. Youll work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to craft a cohesive identity that stands out in a crowded digital playground.

Location: Gurgaon
- Experience: 7-10 years in brand strategy, preferably in gaming, entertainment, or youth focused platform
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning:
- Define and implement a long-term brand strategy that aligns with business goals and drives brand equity, recognition, and trust.
Creative Leadership:
- Oversee the development of creative campaigns, visual identity, messaging frameworks, and brand guidelines across digital and offline channels.
Consumer Insight & Research:
- Leverage market research, consumer insights, and data analytics to refine brand messaging and ensure resonance with target audiences.
Cross-Functional Alignment:
- Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, customer experience, and HR teams to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Brand Campaigns:
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and loyalty. Track performance and continuously optimize messaging and creative.
Team Leadership:
- Build and mentor a high-performing brand and creative team. Inspire innovation while maintaining brand integrity.
Partnerships & PR:
- Guide strategic brand collaborations, influencer relationships, and PR initiatives that elevate the brand narrative.
Internal Brand Culture:
- Drive brand understanding and advocacy within the organization to ensure employees embody and reflect the brand values.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (7+ years) in brand management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, consumer psychology, and current marketing trends.
- Experience managing creative teams and working with external agencies.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret brand performance metrics.
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Track record of successfully launching and growing brands in competitive markets.
- Experience with brand expansion across multiple geographies or cultures.
