Provide the inputs with regard to the annual operating budget, case mix, revenue, with the consolidated product calendar encompassing the product & brand plan aligned to the envisaged business strategy based on the market, consumer and previous trends. 2. Analyse trends and emerging habits among target customers to recommend action. 3. Define the band positioning among the target consumers and lead the briefing of the agencies (creative, media, digital, etc.) for developing the plan to achieve the brand objectives. 4. Own customer and consumer understanding, identifying and harnessing their barriers and triggers to drive intended brand outcomes /key growth/consumer/funnel metrics. 5. Shape the brand vision mission, and bring it alive effectively internally nd to help build the brand as a significant competitive differentiation. 6. Ensure the execution of the branding initiatives periodically as per the finalised plan 7. Monitor the performance of the branding initiatives / campaigns periodically and recommend necessary course corrections 8. Undertake periodic modifications in the price of the products basis the market analysis, competitor analysis, inflation, product performance and business requirements
