- Brand Blueprint: Craft and drive an annual brand strategy focused on top-of-funnel visibility. Your toolkit includes campaign design, budgeting, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Creative Ownership: Lead storytelling across formatsstatic, video, influencer, and experiential. Manage cross-functional creative, social, and influencer teams to uphold a bold, consistent identity.
- Consumer Whispering: Stay close to your audience. Mine insights from direct engagement to shape communication and product resonance.
- Growth Collab: Partner with performance and CRM teams to deliver on new user acquisition and retention, supporting business-wide OKRs.
- Pulse Check: Set up brand health trackers every six monthsmeasure awareness, recall, and evolving consumer narratives.
- Media Mastery: Own share of voice. Architect and execute media plans to cement the brands cultural presence.
- Ecosystem Building: Mobilize top-tier creative, content, and production partners for flawless campaign execution.
- Meaningful Collabs: Lead disruptive partnerships that drive memorability and open new cultural lanes.
What You Bring
- 5+ years building consumer love, ideally in D2C or lifestyle brands
- Fluent in full-funnel brand buildingfrom narrative to performance
- Experience managing high-functioning teams across content, creative, and community
- Obsessed with quality and voicebut also deeply analytical
- Comfortable with both strategic planning and creative instinct
- Bonus: MBA or equivalent postgrad education
