
Our client is a well funded Consumer Tech company and is looking for a Brand Head / Brand Lead to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Vision: Develop overarching brand strategies, define brand positioning, messaging, and vision, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Market & Consumer Insight: Conduct market research, analyze trends, understand consumer behavior, and monitor competitors to keep the brand relevant.
- Campaign & Content Management: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, social, influencer) and ensure consistency in narrative across all platforms.
- Team Leadership: Lead and collaborate with internal teams (design, content, sales) and external agencies (advertising, PR).
- Performance & Budgeting: Manage marketing budgets, track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign results, and report on ROI.
Experience :
- 8+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing roles, with 2- 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with some experience at a B2C startup
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and brand positioning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate ideas, strategies, and results to senior management and stakeholders
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of brand marketing professionals to achieve goals and objectives.
