About the job:
Industry & Sector: Technology Cloud Communications & Digital Services (B2B SaaS / Enterprise digital solutions). This senior marketing leadership role is focused on building category-defining brand equity and driving measurable demand through digital-first storytelling, integrated campaigns, and a data-driven brand measurement framework. On-site role based in India.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Define and own the end-to-end digital brand strategy and positioning across paid, owned and earned channels to increase awareness, consideration and preference in enterprise markets.
- Plan, launch and optimise integrated digital brand campaigns (paid social, search, programmatic, content, PR) aligned to business objectives and product GTM priorities.
- Lead creative and content strategy brief agencies and internal teams, approve creative assets, and ensure consistent brand storytelling across touchpoints.
- Build and operate a brand measurement framework using brand lift, web analytics, funnel metrics and attribution to demonstrate impact and improve ROI.
- Manage marketing vendors and agencies, control media budgets, and allocate spend to maximize reach and efficiency while protecting long-term brand health.
- Hire, mentor and scale a high-performing on-site marketing team; establish OKRs, playbooks and cross-functional alignment with product, sales and customer teams.
