Key Responsibilities:


- Developing and Implementing Brand Strategies: Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive branding strategies to enhance project and corporate visibility across various platforms, including digital, print, and on-ground activations.

- Driving Data-Driven Marketing Campaigns: Conduct thorough market research and consumer analysis to inform and develop targeted marketing campaigns aimed at improving lead quality and optimizing campaign ROI.

- You'll ensure seamless collaboration with sales, CRM, and project teams to achieve integrated marketing efforts.

- Managing Marketing Performance and Budget: Take ownership of end-to-end marketing budgets, meticulously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement optimization strategies to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness of all marketing initiatives.

- Overseeing Agency and Content Production: Manage relationships with creative agencies, overseeing the production of compelling visual content, including photo and video shoots, branding collateral, and event materials.

- You'll ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines and creative consistency across all deliverables.

- Planning and Executing Events: Strategically plan and execute high-impact events such such as property launches, broker engagement programs, and customer activations, focusing on enhancing brand engagement and lead acquisition.

- Ensuring Operational Excellence: Foster a performance-oriented marketing culture by aligning departmental goals with overarching business objectives.

- You will regularly evaluate marketing operations and implement strategic improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

- Aligning Marketing with Revenue Goals: Analyze business data and campaign outcomes to guide marketing strategies that are closely aligned with revenue goals, ensuring both operational efficiency and strategic contribution to the company's financial success.


Key Requirements :


Experience : 6 to 8 years in Real Estate


Education: MBA in Marketing
