THE OPPORTUNITY

Simple Sleep Solutions is a vertically integrated sleep and bedding group with own manufacturing in South India, launching 5-7 brands across UK, EU, and US markets through Amazon, Shopify, and B2B wholesale. The infrastructure is being built. We need the person who will develop the marketing playbook from scratch and turn manufactured products into brands that win in Western markets.

Designation: Brand & Growth Director (Global exp either in UK, EU, and US markets)

You are first indian employee who will built from scratch (0-1)

THE ROLE

You own the entire brand-to-revenue pipeline. The founder handles supply chain, manufacturing, and capital. You handle everything the customer sees and feels. No existing playbook. No inherited systems. You build it.

Brand & Playbook

- Develop repeatable launch frameworks, content systems, and channel strategies that scale across all brands

- Build each brand identity end-to-end: visual systems, tone of voice, packaging, photography direction

- Creative-direct all content: founder-led video, social, product shoots, ad creative

Growth & Revenue

- Own Shopify storefronts: UX, CRO, email/SMS flows, landing pages across all brands

- Direct Amazon brand content, A+ pages, and storefront design

- Plan and execute product launches, seasonal campaigns, and influencer seeding across three markets

WHO YOU ARE

- Opportunistic and quantitative. You treat online markets like positions - you identify and size opportunities, then work with the CEO to monetise them fast.

- Cross-industry thinker. You pull ideas from fashion, food, tech - wherever the best playbooks are. You import what works, you don't wait for the category to catch up.

- 4-8 years in DTC brand building in sleep, home, wellness, or adjacent categories. You've taken at least one brand from early stage to revenue.

- A builder who moves fast. You've created brands and marketing systems from scratch. You respond to market movements in days, not quarters. Product shoots, copy, design briefs, Klaviyo - same week.

- AI-native. You use LLMs and AI tools as multipliers. You run multiple brands lean because you leverage these tools with taste.

COMPENSATION & PATHWAY

- AED 110-130K per annum Tax-free in Dubai.

- Annual performance bonus Tied to brand revenue and growth milestones agreed at onboarding.

Head of Brand & Growth

Salary increase Reviewed and raised on Year 1 results.

Equity vesting begins

Meaningful equity at group holding level, vesting 3-5 years. You become a partner.
