Role Overview:

Own and define the brands complete visual and creative language across platforms. This role carries direct responsibility for short-form video creativesespecially reelsincluding visual direction and script development (hooks, openers, framing) for both the Founder Brand and the Whey Brand. Translate the founders ideas into original, premium content that builds authority, trust, and long-term brand equitynever copied, never trend-chasing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end creative direction across reels, statics, and carousels

- Personally drive reel visuals and short-form scripts (first 3 seconds, narrative flow, tone)

- Convert founder insights into high-credibility, original creatives

- Ensure absolute consistency in tone, pacing, visuals, and language across all content

- Set and enforce non-negotiable creative standardsquality over volume

- Lead designers and video editors; review and approve all brand output

- Build a recognizable, disciplined visual identity that signals authority and trust

Primary KRA:

Protect and elevate the founders credibility through visually and verbally disciplined, premium creative output.

Ideal Background:

- Strong experience in D2C branding, preferably Nutrition / Fitness / Wellness

- Deep understanding of short-form content psychology (reels-first mindset)

- High creative taste level with zero reliance on copied formats or trends

- Experience working closely with founders or personal brands
