Key Responsibilities (KRA)
Brand Identity & Guardianship:
Content Strategy & Production:
- Lead the content engine: From whitepapers and case studies for B2B lead gen to viral-worthy tech showcases for GoPhygital.
- Oversee video production, blogs, and newsletters that position our leadership as industry experts.
Social Media & Community Building:
- Turn our LinkedIn and Twitter (X) profiles into industry hubs.
- Engage with influencers, tech-thought leaders, and the real estate community to increase Share of Voice.
PR & Communication:
- Draft press releases and coordinate with media houses for feature stories and award submissions.
- Manage internal communications to ensure our own team is our biggest brand ambassador.
Event & Experience Design:
- Conceptualize the "Brand Experience" for trade shows and webinars.
- Ensure our physical presence at events matches our digital cutting-edge vibe.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4-5 years in Brand Management or Creative Strategy (Agency background is a plus).
- The Phygital Mindset: You understand how to market a product that sits at the intersection of the physical and digital worlds.
- Visual Sense: While you aren't the designer, you have a high "design IQ" and can brief creative teams to get world-class results.
