The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency, executing digital marketing campaigns, and supporting sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities Branding & Marketing - Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all company communications and assets. - Develop and implement branding strategies to enhance brand awareness and credibility. - Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and sales decks for various services. - Assist in crafting a unique brand identity and positioning in the market. Digital Marketing & Online Presence - Promote the brand and services through online marketing strategies, including content marketing and email campaigns. - Manage and optimize the company website, ensuring an engaging user experience and up-to-date content. - Implement and oversee SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and organic reach. - Monitor and improve website performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools. Social Media & Lead Generation - Develop and execute a LinkedIn marketing strategy to generate leads and engage with potential clients. - Manage content creation, posting schedules, and audience engagement on LinkedIn. - Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns. - Explore other digital marketing channels as needed to expand brand reach. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in branding, digital marketing, or related roles. - Proficiency in SEO, website management (WordPress or similar CMS), and Google Analytics. - Experience in creating sales presentations and marketing collateral. - Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing and B2B lead generation. - Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
