About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Sales Leader to drive enterprise sales, channel expansion, and business growth for a leading technology hardware organization. The ideal candidate should bring strong experience in B2B sales, enterprise account management, channel development, and distribution management, with a deep understanding of the commercial technology ecosystem. Strong exposure in Channel Sales is mandatory! Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute territory-level sales and distribution strategies. - Drive revenue growth through enterprise customers, channel partners, system integrators (SIs), and value-added resellers (VARs). - Build and manage relationships with key enterprise accounts and strategic partners. - Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, solution selling, negotiations, and deal closures. - Manage sales forecasting, pipeline development, and funnel conversion. - Identify and onboard high-potential channel and distribution partners. - Drive sell-in, sell-out, and sell-through initiatives across the partner ecosystem. - Expand market penetration and increase share within the assigned territory. - Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams. - Collaborate with marketing, product, service, and operations teams to drive business objectives. - Manage pricing, commercial negotiations, and large enterprise bids. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. - Ensure effective stock planning and channel inventory management. - Support product demonstrations, training programs, and customer engagement initiatives. Ideal Candidate Profile: - 13+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Channel Sales, or Business Development. - Strong experience in technology hardware, IT infrastructure, networking, peripherals, enterprise solutions, or related categories. - Proven track record of managing SI, VAR, distributor, and enterprise customer ecosystems. - Deep understanding of enterprise buying behavior across industries and customer segments. - Demonstrated success in closing large and complex enterprise deals. - Strong expertise in account management, territory planning, and channel development. - Experience handling tenders, government business, commercial contracts, and pricing structures. - Sound understanding of GST, commercial frameworks, and business compliance requirements. - Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing sales teams. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of ownership and execution excellence. Preferred Qualifications: - MBA from a reputed institution. - Strong network across enterprise customers, channel partners, distributors, SIs, and VARs within the target market.
