Primary Responsibility:
- As a Branch Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations at a Mutual Fund branch.
- You will support operational processes, investor servicing, and administrative tasks to maintain high standards of service, compliance, and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support & Processing:
- Oversee day-to-day branch operational activities and ensure processing of transactions is accurate and timely.
- Monitor R&T (Registrar & Transfer Agent) related activities at the branch level.
- Maintain records and documentation of operational workflows and tasks.
Customer & Investor Service:
- Provide effective customer service by responding to investor queries, concerns, and service requests professionally.
- Assist with investor relations and service delivery, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Reporting & MIS:
- Prepare and manage MIS (Management Information System) reports related to branch operations.
- Track operational metrics and escalate issues as needed for resolution.
Process Improvement & Compliance:
- Identify opportunities for improving operational processes and contribute suggestions to central teams or branch manager.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and mutual fund regulatory requirements.
Coordination:
- Coordinate with central operations, compliance, and support teams to resolve escalations and streamline processes
