- Take full ownership of branch operations, including sales, receivables, depot and inventory management.
- Drive sales and business development across all product categories, with a focus on the Trade segment.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and profitability targets as set by the management.

Digital & System Implementation:
- Drive adoption of MYKL digital tools and platforms (Rishta, Bandhan PRO, LMS, etc.).
- Ensure smooth onboarding of channel partners and adherence to system-driven business processes.
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
- Develop and mentor the branch team to build functional and leadership capabilities.
