Role Brief:
Responsible for driving revenue across equity trading, investments, and distribution products by acquiring and managing Retail and HNI clients.
The role includes leading the branch sales team, growing the client base, and managing the branch as a profit center.
Role Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage Retail, HNI, and corporate clients
- Drive revenue across equity broking, trading, and TPP products
- Lead and motivate the branch sales team to achieve targets
- Provide investment advisory based on client risk profile and goals
- Manage branch P&L and ensure profitability
- Ensure high service standards and timely client support
- Execute local sales and marketing initiatives
- Maintain MIS and sales performance reports
Role Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in stockbroking
- Prior experience managing a branch or profit center
- Strong understanding of equity markets and investment products
