Branch Manager - Outbound Telesales

We are looking for a Branch Manager - Telesales to lead and scale high-performing telesales operations across branch. This is a strategic leadership role involving revenue ownership, people management, and operational excellence in a large, process-driven environment.

CTC: Upto14 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a team of 100-130 callers and team leaders to achieve targeted goals

- Recruit and Train the team on Product and Telesales techniques

- Manage Productivity and Performance of telesales agents and team leaders

- Close sales from leads generated by the team members

- Manage operational and back-end activities

- Prepare MIS Reports and Manage Database Sourcing and Utilization

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, human services or similar field.

- Previous experience working as a Health Insurance Branch Manager.

- Experience in telesales preferred.

- Strong managerial and sales skills.

- Ability to multitask.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work well under pressure.

- Ability to write and present reports.

- Strong organizational skills.
