With a focus on flexible repayment options, simplified documentation, and fast processing, it aims to offer accessible credit solutions to people who may not have a traditional credit history.


Key Responsibilities:


1 Branch Operations Management:


- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.


- Ensure the branch meets its targets for LAP disbursals, customer acquisition, and revenue generation.


- Implement branch-level strategies to drive business growth and profitability.


- Monitor branch performance through regular reviews and ensure compliance with all operational standards.


2 Sales Leadership:


- Lead the branch's LAP sales efforts, setting targets, and motivating the team to achieve them.


- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase the branchs market share in the LAP segment.


- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other partners.


- Personally manage key customer relationships and handle complex or high-value LAP transactions.


3 Team Management:


- Recruit, train, and manage branch staff, including sales executives, loan officers, and support staff.


- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to ensure staff meet their individual targets and professional development goals.


- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and high levels of employee engagement.


- Ensure all team members are well-versed in LAP products, compliance requirements, and customer service standards.


4 Customer Relationship Management:


- Ensure the branch delivers a high standard of customer service, building strong relationships with both new and existing clients.


- Oversee the resolution of customer issues and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.


- Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients for LAP offerings.


- Promote customer retention and satisfaction through personalized service and effective problem-solving.


5 Risk and Compliance Management:


- Ensure all LAP loan applications are processed in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.


- Work closely with the credit and risk teams to assess and manage the risk associated with LAP transactions.


- Ensure the branch adheres to all regulatory requirements, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) guidelines.


- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks.


6 Reporting and Documentation:


- Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, including metrics such as loan disbursals, conversion rates, and profitability.


- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all branch activities, including customer interactions and loan processing.


- Maintain up-to-date records in the companys CRM and loan management systems.


- Assist in the preparation of branch-level business plans and budgets.


7 Continuous Improvement:


- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in the LAP segment.


- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance branch performance.


- Support the introduction of new products, technologies, and initiatives aimed at improving the LAP offering and customer experience.


Qualifications:


Education: Master's or Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.


Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a branch management or leadership role, preferably within the mortgage, real estate, or financial services industry.


Required Skills:


- Strong leadership and team management skills.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


- Deep understanding of LAP products, mortgage lending, and real estate markets.


- Proficiency with CRM software and branch management tools.


- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.


- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing mortgage lending and branch operations.
