Key Responsibilities:
- Manage branch-level sales and operations within the Life Insurance domain.
- Drive business objectives and achieve a revenue target of - 2 to - 3 Crores.
- Lead a team of sales professionals; drive recruitment, training, and performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance, regulatory norms, and customer satisfaction.
- Report regularly to higher management and provide actionable insights for branch performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: 3 to 5 years in Life Insurance sales and team handling.
Preferred Background:
First-time managers with strong sales acumen, or
Existing Branch Managers looking for growth.
Age: 27 to 40 years.
Industry: Must have prior experience in Life Insurance.
