Branch Manager - Gold Loans

Position: Branch Manager (Team Handling > Gold Loan)

Experience:3-8 Years

Department: Gold Loan

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Locations : Guntur, Vizag, Tirupati, Jedcherla, Singarayakonda

Education Qualification: Graduate/MBA

Required Skills:

Business :

- Should be able to manage the portfolio for Gold Loan/financial business of the branch.

- Should be able to handle all the branch level activities for ensuring business growth.

- Drive cross-selling of other financial products to existing customers.

Process & Quality:

- To ensure 100% right valuation - capturing right cartage, proper stone deduction. Adhering to high ethical standards and comply with all the laid down processes / policies of IIFL KYC adherence, maintaining all important registers etc.

- Maintaining the quality portfolio by tracking & controlling the threshold IRR and prompt resolution of queries pre & post loan disbursal.

- Verify customer's KYC & new KYC generation and ensure proper customer relationship for renewal & reference.

Collections:

- Ensuring strong follow up for interest collections to keep NPAs in control & thereby achieving higher revenue.

Team Management:

- Coaching, mentoring and training the team at regular intervals.

- Provide timely feedback on their performance and motivating them to achieve their goals.

- Ensure to Call customers as per CRM lead ( Winback, Customer Referral & Leaders app fresh leads)

MIS & Branding Activities :

- Preparing reports related to branch functioning and its performance.

- Participate in field-marketing activities to improve the brand visibility of IIFL_Gold Loan branch in the proper catchment areas.
