Segment: Commercial Vehicle / Car / Tractor Loans
Qualification: Mastr's/ Bachelor's in sales and marketing
Joining Requirement: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Manage overall branch operations and ensure smooth functioning of daily activities.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve individual and branch sales targets.
- Drive customer acquisition in the commercial vehicle, car, and tractor loan segments.
- Monitor loan processing, documentation, and disbursement accuracy.
- Handle collections efficiently and minimize delinquency.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and local partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare branch performance reports and share business insights with senior management.
- Identify local business opportunities and develop growth strategies.
Core Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, branch management, or financial services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve branch-level targets.
- Good knowledge of loan products, documentation, and collections.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer and dealer relationships.
- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
