Branch Manager - Car Rental Division (CRD).

Are you a dynamic leader with a proven track record in car rental operations and branch management? We're looking for a Branch Manager - CRD to lead and scale our Chennai operations for a premium car rental brand.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Operations & Quality - Drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and service efficiency.

- Coordinate across functions to ensure seamless branch performance.

- Handle service recovery and crisis management.

- Fleet & Logistics - Manage and monitor fleet operations per company standards.

- Ensure proper allocation, compliance, and chauffeur-to-fleet ratio.

- Oversee vehicle condition and accessory requirements.

Sales & Client Servicing.

- Develop new business opportunities and grow existing client accounts.

- Analyze market trends, generate MIS reports, and achieve budgeted revenue.

- Handle key client escalations and ensure high service standards.

- Financial Oversight.

- Prepare annual budgets and manage fund flow.

- Monitor receivables, expense control, and statutory compliance.

- Provide regular performance reporting to HQ.

- People & Admin - Lead a high-performing branch team, including chauffeurs and service staff.

- Drive training, staffing, appraisals, and employee motivation.

- Ensure branch-level HR, ISO, and compliance adherence.

What We're Looking For:

- Education: Graduate / Hotel Management; MBA in Marketing/Finance preferred.

- Experience: 10-15 years in the car rental or travel industry, with at least 5-7 years as a Branch Head.
