Branch Manager - Broking - A Leading Broking Company
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the branch team to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets in broking and other financial products.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow business from retail and HNI clients.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through prompt and quality service.
- Monitor and maintain operational efficiency, risk management, and compliance with regulatory requirements (SEBI, NSE, BSE).
- Drive cross-sell of investment products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, and IPOs.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and manage the branch staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Conduct regular client meetings, branch reviews, and market awareness programs.
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to formulate growth strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- NISM Certifications (Series VII & VIII) mandatory.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in retail broking or financial services, with at least 2 to 3 years in a leadership role.
