Job Summary:
- We are looking for a results-oriented and dynamic Branch Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of our branch.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff performance, maintaining compliance, and ensuring the overall profitability and efficiency of the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all branch operations, including sales, customer service, administration, and staff supervision
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and grow the customer base
- Manage and motivate the branch team to deliver high performance and service standards
- Monitor branch performance metrics, prepare reports, and present to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Handle key customer relationships and resolve complex service issues
- Monitor inventory, cash flow, and operational costs (if applicable)
- Recruit, train, and develop branch staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Implement local marketing initiatives and community outreach to promote the branch
- Ensure the safety and security of staff, assets, and branch premises
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- 4+ years of experience in branch or operations management, with leadership responsibilities
- Proven ability to lead teams and meet or exceed sales and operational targets
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or branch management systems\
