Branch Manager - Banking

Role Overview:

A leading private sector bank is looking to hire a Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Must be well versed with Branch operations and processes.

- Responsible for Branch P & L - revenue & cost.

- Handling of the complaints received from customers.

- Compliance to all regulatory and auditory requirements.

- Set up of branches from their nascent stages to increasing of the book size manifold (For New Branches).

- Concentrated focus on all product lines and products offered by the bank.

- Increasing the value proposition of the bank with high-net-worth clientele.

- Implementing the best practices in the industry to enhance the customer base.

- Driving and achieving challenging targets set by the bank consistently.

- Manage entire gamut of business in line with growing organizational needs.

- To conform to processes of the bank and have a high focus on compliance.

- To nurture talent and ensure grooming of the team such that they can take up higher responsibilities in future.

- Minimizing the attrition at the branch level.

- Knowledge of Banking products and processes.
