Job Description :
We are hiring an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager for one of the leading banks in Punjab. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing overall branch operations, ensuring business growth, and maintaining superior customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff to achieve business and service goals.
- Drive sales of retail banking products including CASA, loans, insurance, and third-party products.
- Ensure smooth branch operations, compliance with regulatory norms, and adherence to audit requirements.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels through efficient service delivery.
- Monitor branch profitability and implement strategies to increase revenue and control costs.
- Foster a culture of performance, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in branch banking, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, operations, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills.
