About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily branch operations ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with company and regulatory policies

- Lead and motivate branch staff to meet sales, revenue, and service targets

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch goals

- Manage branch finances, including budgeting and financial reporting

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
