Branch Manager - Agency Channel

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Agency Channel operations in New Delhi. You will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team of Assistant Branch Managers (ABMs) / Branch Recruitment Development Managers (BRDMs), and ensuring operational excellence. Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive plans focusing on High-Net-Worth (HNI) prospects and routine business metrics (LA base, activation, case rate, case size) for Sales Managers (SMs) / Recruitment and Development Managers (RDMs).
- Skill Development & Coaching: Monitor and validate the skill transitions of SMs / RDMs. Coach ABMs / BRDMs on identified gaps in SM / RDM development areas.
- Target Setting & Monitoring: Discuss and validate SM / RDM wise plans and target settings with ABMs / BRDMs, based on current conversion ratios.
- Advisor Selection Oversight: Monitor advisor selection through a sample audit of 2 random LA selections per ABM / BRDM per month.
- Execution & Performance Control: Oversee the execution of business plans and maintain a close check on business health parameters such as Persistency, LA Commission, Product Mix, Claims, and ECS / SI percentage, taking corrective actions as needed.
Team Responsibility
- Manage and lead a team of 3-5 Assistant Branch Managers (ABMs) / Branch Recruitment Development Managers (BRDMs).
- Each ABM / BRDM is responsible for overseeing a unit of 8-10 Sales Managers / Recruitment and Development Managers.
Requirements
- 7-13 years of experience in life insurance sales, specifically within the agency channel.
- Mandatory experience working in the Delhi territory.
- Graduation is a must.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and analytical abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Master of Business Administration (MBA).
