Branch Manager
Job Description:
- Lead and manage all aspects of branch operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning while complying with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Drive growth in CASA (Current Account & Savings Account), assets, and liability businesses to meet or exceed assigned targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve performance goals and foster a high-performance culture through training and development.
- Ensure superior customer service standards, drive customer acquisition, and handle customer escalations effectively.
- Strengthen relationships with key clients to ensure long-term customer loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain risk management practices to minimize operational risks in the branch.
- Monitor branch productivity, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 8-12 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 3-5 years in a branch management or senior leadership role (Branch Manager, Senior Branch Manager, AVP).
- Strong exposure to CASA, branch operations, and team management.
- Proven track record in achieving business targets, leading teams, and managing operational risks.
- In-depth knowledge of banking products, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent customer relationship management and conflict resolution skills.
