Branch Manager
Description:
1. Business Growth & Sales:
- Drive CASA, fee-based income & investment/cross sell to meet branch-specific liability targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers within the local catchment area.
- Cross-sell banking products such as insurance, investment and payment solutions.
- Develop and execute local marketing and business development initiatives.
2. Branch & Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a team of 4 to 5 Sales Managers and 2 to 3 Branch Support Staff.
- Guide, coach and motivate team members to achieve individual and branch goals
- Maintain a performance-oriented and customer-first culture at the branch.
3. Customer Relationship & Service Excellence:
- Ensure superior customer experience and prompt issue resolution
- Develop and manage relationships with key clients, including high-value accounts.
- Uphold Federal Banks brand reputation in the local market.
4. Operations, Risk & Compliance:
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure strict adherence to RBI and internal compliance norms (KYC/AML).
- Maintain branch hygiene, audit readiness, and risk management standards.
