Position: Branch Logistic Manager

Department: Logistics

Experience: 8 - 12 years

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Preferred Industry: E-Commerce, Consumer Durables, FMCG, Retail, Automobile or any product-based company.

Job Description:

- Should have sound knowledge of warehouse operation

- Managing warehouses in compliance with company policies and taking care of government statutory requirements

- Inventory management: Should have exposure in managing warehouse inventory, Cycle count and Monthly stock audit

- Monitoring processing of sale orders and ensuring 100% execution of orders, closely coordinating with the dealers, distributors, and HO teams

- Return processing - Should have knowledge of reverse logistics, timely return processing and follow return process post GR

- Transportation - Should have very good exposure to transportation, including demand and supply of vehicles, forecasting of vehicle requirements, understanding seasonal fluctuations, and ensuring placement of vehicles for GI

- Freight Working: Periodic review of freight, understanding the market/competitor trend, benchmarking the freight and Cost reduction

- KPI - BLM will be responsible for warehouse KPI (Ontime GI/On time GR/In time delivery/IOD accuracy/Inventory accuracy, and POD)

- Innovation - Bring in new ideas, develop systems for operational improvement and productivity enhancement

- Warehouse Capacity: Candidate should have knowledge of assessing the warehouse capacity in terms of Space/IT/Transportation/Infra

- Experience in 3PL / Team Management

- Periodic review of service providers / 3PL, improvement plan and recommendations

- Should have strong analytical skills and experience in using Excel/PPT

- Will be responsible for all audits (Stock Audit/ Statutory audit and other compliance related audits)
