We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead our Pune & Mumbai branches. As the Branch Head, you will be responsible for driving business growth, client acquisition, and delivery excellence across two of our most critical markets. This role demands strong leadership, deep client relationship management, and a strategic mindset to align regional business goals with the organization's core values of Transparency, Respect, Unbiased Advisory, Sustainability, and Teamwork.

Job Title: Branch Head - Mumbai & Pune

Location: Mumbai (with regular travel to Pune)

Reports To: Sales Head - Wealth Management

Experience: 10+ Years

Business Growth & Client Acquisition

- Own and manage the P&L for Mumbai & Pune branches.

- Drive acquisition of HNI & UHNI clients through referrals, events, partnerships, and networking.

- Identify regional market trends, build strategic alliances, and consistently achieve revenue targets.

Team Leadership & Development

- Lead, mentor, and manage Relationship Managers and Wealth Advisors.

- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration.

- Conduct regular reviews, provide performance feedback, and enable continuous professional growth.

Client Relationship & Service Excellence:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and families.

- Ensure timely portfolio reviews, address escalations, and reinforce client trust.

- Monitor client satisfaction and continuously enhance service delivery standards.

Process Discipline & Compliance

- Ensure full adherence to regulatory norms, internal compliance, and process discipline.

- Maintain accurate documentation and audit readiness across client portfolios.

- Drive disciplined usage of CRM, MIS, and planning tools.

Strategic Initiatives:

- Execute central campaigns and client engagement initiatives at the regional level.

- Represent the firm in external forums, client events, and brand-building exercises.

- Lead local hiring, onboarding, and capability-building efforts.

Qualifications & Experience

- 10-15 years of experience in wealth management / private banking.

- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams across multiple locations.

- Strong expertise in mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, insurance, taxation, and succession planning.

- Excellent leadership, client relationship, and communication skills.

- MBA or equivalent preferred.

- AMFI/SEBI certifications mandatory.
