Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Head to lead the overall sales and operational functions of our branch.

This role requires managing a team focused on building sales excellence, driving customer engagement, and achieving revenue targets across a portfolio of banking and financial products including lockers, deposits, and mutual funds.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the overall sales and operational performance of the branch.

- Manage, mentor, and coach the team to achieve functional excellence in sales and operations.

- Plan and execute promotional activities aimed at acquiring new clients and increasing product adoption.

- Build and nurture strong client relationships to enhance customer loyalty and create upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

- Achieve targeted product sales and revenue mix as defined by management.

- Ensure timely and accurate handling of Management Information System (MIS) reports and resolve escalations related to sales activities and documentation.

- Monitor and track performance metrics of sales and back-end staff to ensure consistent delivery.

- Adhere to applicable banking rules, regulations, and compliance standards, conducting regular monitoring.

- Take ownership and accountability for consistently achieving monthly sales and operational targets.

Requirements:

- Master's in any related field.

- Proven ability to monitor competitive market trends and provide insights and reports on market movement and penetration.

- Strong experience in sales management with a focus on activity and performance management.

- Excellent team-building and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and lead teams effectively.

- Customer-centric approach with a strong results orientation.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated learning agility and openness to continuous development.

Experience:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales of financial products and services.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in team management.
